These Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) apply to Online Store – website located at stampbangladesh.com, which update on 25 Feb 2025.

  • When you place an order with Stamp Kini, you are making an offer to buy our service. We will send you an e-mail or make a call to confirm that we have received your order.
  • Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail or call you again to confirm that we accept your order and that a contract has been made between us.
  • Stamp Kini guarantees the authenticity of all Stamps and sale for sale on our website.
  • Items will be sent to clients only once full payment has been cleared.
  • Stamp Kini reserve the right to change descriptions and prices of items on our website on the basis of typographical errors.
  • By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.

How to place an order:

  • You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product. If you prefer to order by phone, you can do so by calling +88 01886-207476.
  • Carriage charges will be shown on our website prior to you placing your order.
    You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
  • We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order online by Visa card & Mobile banking etc. Alternatively, you can pay for your items by bank transfer.
  • Goods can only be dispatched once full payment has cleared our bank account.
  • All prices quoted on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka and include Goods & Service Tax at the current rate.
  • Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
  • Once your order is complete, we will notify you when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery:

If outside Dhaka, we will give it through courier. It will take 3 to 5 days for home delivery through Steed fast courier and Pathao courier. If the customer withdraws himself, then we can pay through other couriers like Sundarban courier, SA Paribahan, Janani courier etc. In this case, customer will receive it within 2 days. And if customers are inside Dhaka, customers will get it within 1 day.

Cancellations and returns:

The order can be canceled until it is confirmed but once it is printed, there is no possibility of cancellation or returns.

Law and Jurisdiction:

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Bangladeshi law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dhaka.
